Meet the Team

Ronnie is a founding director of JE3.COM, where he is responsible for overseeing the development of products and services. He has co-authored several Microsoft Server & Cloud computing courses and is co-author and editor of a security and compliance technology book. He works providing strategic guidance in the area of public, private and hybrid cloud computing, Microsoft infrastructure, virtualization and systems management. He is an occasional technology speaker having spoken in the UK, US, Hong Kong and many European cities. He is the former Chairman of BCS Jersey, The Chartered Institute for IT, the founder of Jersey Techfair, Chairman of Jersey Chambers digital committee and a Governor of Haute Vallee School.

Chris is a founding director of JE3.COM and has over 20 years experience within the IT industry having worked as an independent consultant from the age of 23. Prior to setting up on his own, Chris worked for one the islands largest trust companies as a Network Infrastructure Analyst.
Chris previously co-founded Offshore Systems Limited  which includes setting up a successful fulfilment company and e-commerce business fulfilling and processing online orders shipped worldwide. Chris studied Business and Finance at college and is able to convert business requirements into effective client technology solutions.

Francis Pinel is a graduate of Bournemouth University and the JE3.COM lead researcher and Software Engineer. Francis is responsible for reviewing global market technology trends and assessing appropriate toolsets for the creation of products and services. He has worked with the team since 2013 and has practical experience with several infrastructure tools including System Center, Citrix Netscaler, XenApp and Hyper-V. For infrastructure the role is primarily research-focused, as a Software Developer he works on upcoming products using technologies such as Apache Cassandra, SQL, C#, Azure, HTML and Javascript. Francis is familiar with machine learning, data mining and recently completed an advanced NoSQL dissertation. Francis is co-founder of several products reaching MVP including a project codename foresight – a financial forecasting platform and Project Overwatch (a massively scalable monitoring platform for the Internet of Everything).

Matthew Wallwork is an undergraduate of Bournemouth University studying Information Technology Management. He is currently leading a project to develop a mobile and SaaS Crisis Management tool for small countries and for large businesses. Matt understand Systems Analysis and Design and works with C# HTML CSS, Java Script, SQL and has practical experience developing apps in Visual Studio, Xamarin and Windows Azure. Matt enjoys art and graphics and has been instrumental working with the team of 3 delivering the user interface for project foresight.

Ian Cavey is a graduate of the University of Leicester. He is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and a Chartered Tax Adviser. He has worked in the Offshore Finance Industry for over 20 years in the areas of Audit, International Taxation, Private Banking and Trust and Company administration for firms including Ernst and Young and Royal Bank of Canada. As well as provide the team and clients with advice Ian helps the technical team with requirements for JE3 financial and compliance applications.

Alex Juschin (Cooper) is a well-recognised persona in the world of Virtualisation. He is the founder of a well-known community virtualisation conference called E2EVC (formerly PubForum) which takes place in Europe, USA and ASIA and has been visited by almost every well-recognised expert in virtualisation community over the last 12 years. With over 20 years in IT, Alex has worked on some of the world’s biggest virtualisation and infrastructure projects including leading European Banks, retail networks, Telco companies, universities and government bodies. Alex is a Microsoft MVP, Citrix CTP and VMware vExpert.
