Ilie is a technology support professional with qualifications in CompTIA A+, Network+ and Security+ and is passionate about providing excellent customer service.
He commenced his career within the hospitality industry and spent 20 years in customer facing roles, making him the perfect fit for JE3’s Service Desk.
With a keen interest in IT, he attended courses and gained his CompTIA qualifications through Highlands College, Jersey, and prior to joining JE3, he worked for Sigma Group (Jersey) as a support technician.
Now responsible for JE3’s Service Desk, he’s the human conduit between our support staff and our clients. Dealing with service desk calls and tickets promptly, he delves into the issue(s) our clients are experiencing by asking the right questions, he will either aim to resolve issues in real time, or escalate to the most appropriate member of the team. Ilie also seeks feedback from our clients on a regular basis, making sure current support packages are the right fit and the level of service continues to meet our client’s needs.
In his spare time, you’ll find Ilie in the kitchen as he likes to cook, he also loves riding his motorbike, learning new things and travelling.
