Responsibilities:
- Visual Design Creation: Designing and selecting website layouts, banners, icons, infographics, typography, and other visual elements.
- User Interface (UI) Design: Creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that facilitate easy navigation and interaction for users.
- Responsive Design: Ensuring that designs are adaptable and visually appealing across various devices and screen sizes, including desktops, tablets, and mobile phones.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Developing wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize the layout and functionality of web pages before they are fully developed.
- Graphic Creation and Optimization: Designing or optimizing images, graphics, and multimedia elements for the web to ensure fast loading times and optimal performance.
- Research: Staying updated on design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design skills and stay relevant.
- Animation and Interaction: Creating animations and interactive elements that enhance user engagement and convey information effectively.
- Accessibility: Ensuring that designs adhere to accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG 2.1) to make web content usable for all users.
Experience:

- Time Management: Managing multiple design projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
- Client Communication: Communicating design concepts and rationale effectively to clients or stakeholders and incorporating their feedback into the design process.
