What JE3 did:
JE3 was tasked with reviewing Fox’s infrastructure and assisting with the design and implementation of a highly available multi-site server infrastructure.
In addition, JE3 assisted with the delivery of integrated email and security services using Microsoft Azure Active Directory and Exchange Online.
As part of the overall project, a managed service desk function was also designed to provide level 2 and 3 support for the Fox group of companies located in Jersey, Guernsey and the UK.
All elements of the project were delivered on time and the managed service function is ongoing.
