Client: Ports of Jersey
Sector: Retail / Infrastructure / Logistics / Property
What JE3 did:
Our engagement was to help Ports of Jersey create a management structure that would identify, control and where appropriate mitigate the risks of technology and the data it supports.
Senior management engaged with JE3 to identify the processes of cyber risk management, to train and educate the management team and their staff in the mechanisms of a structured information security risk management program.
In addition, Ports of Jersey requested a baseline audit be performed to the UK’s Cyber Essentials (CE) standards and consultancy be provisioned, so that the correct scope and remediation for the complex technical architecture of Ports of Jersey network could be included in the CE assessment.
The resulting works, along with technical controls enabled Ports of Jersey to raise their Information Security maturity rating (as assessed by external auditors).
All work was delivered within the agreed timeframe and budget.
